Their parent company Dish Network aka Echostar Built their very own 5G network since 2022 and covers 73% of the population with 5G Broadband and 200 million pops with 5G Voice and 5G Broadband. Must have 5G voice enabled to access the network as Boosts native network is 5G only, when falling back to LTE you are roaming on AT&T or T-Mobile

Boost uses their own network if you have devices that support it and when your not on their own network your roaming on AT&T or T-Mobile. The native network allows more data at the moment so if you primarily use data on the native network they allow up to 100GB before 512kbps throttle. They say 30GB because most people will be put on the att network sim but select people with compatible devices (iPhone 15, samsung galaxy s24 series, and 2023 and 2024 Motorola 5G devices (must be compatible with 5G band n70, n66, n71) will be put on their native 5G network. You must have native coverage at your billing address(including 5G voice enabled) to be put on their native 5G standalone network .

Have you found a workaround to mounting this to a third party dual arm mount? I’ve found it pretty tough for the mount to fit in the weird shape in the back

About time thing is EchoStar owns Boost now. Not just Dish Network. I'm at bay because since data breaches. Data has been stolen. Many networks have no connection to servers. So they're inflating changing plans. To keep us paying la mafia boba. Cancelations have cost of upto $300 month. Like insurance upgrades blah blah blah. It's not a home.

Not sure how this is good, all things considered, you can get visible unlimited for $20-25 monthly, Helium mobile is $20 monthly, Boost is $25. If their prices were $30-40 that would be more competitive. This is dead on arrival.

Forcing a 60 day unlock will only make phones cost more. The long unlock time, allows carriers to offer heavily subsidized phones at very low prices. If carriers are forced to allow 60 day unlock, then phones will simply cost more even with subsidies.

Carriers don't lock your unlocked phone for any length of time when you start service. Unlocked phones stay unlocked except Best Buy sells some iPhones that lock on first sim insertion.
